International Institute for Sustainable Development – Arctic Future is a quarterly publication designed to deliver news, information, and feature stories about youth in the North. It is hosted by the International Institute for Sustainable Development, and is part of a larger website (Ookpik) growing out of a working group of the Arctic Council.  Arctic Council members come from eight circumpolar nations, as well as from six indigenous groups. The Ookpik website is a gateway for youth oriented programming, networks, knowledge, opinion, and events.  The larger website has several features, including resource sections for IPY, Arctic Research Organizations, Learning Resources, essays and poetry, youth networks and programs, and more.
